As part of the ongoing recording of our project we regularly take photos and videos of the children during their play. Do you consent to your child’s photos/videos being used for visual evidence for funders, display & publicity purposes ?

Please read the following terms and conditions:

I consent to my child receiving First aid on site and/or treatment at casualty should an emergency arise.
I agree not to send my child to play sessions if they are showing any symptoms of being unwell.
I understand The Valley Project is open access which means that the children are free to come and go as they please with the staff providing support to them while on site.
I understand The Valley Project is not childcare and we cannot stop your child leaving site if they wish to do so.
On occasion a child may be asked to leave the setting due to inappropriate behaviour. If this is the case, The Valley Project will make every effort to contact you and explain the situation.
Please ensure children wear ‘playing out’ clothes and sturdy shoes as they will get messy.
I agree to this information being held by The Valley Project and its use for funders monitoring and emergency purposes.
